Our salon suites come fully equipped with salon furniture, sinks, mirrors, and ample storage space. We also provide utilities, Wi-Fi, and a professional cleaning service. Our shared amenities include a reception area, break room, and laundry facilities.

How does the rental process work?

You can book a tour of our facilities online or by contacting us directly. Once you select your preferred suite and lease term, you will sign a lease agreement and pay a security deposit and first month’s rent. After that, you can move in and start building your business.

Can I decorate my suite?

Yes! We encourage our tenants to decorate their suites to reflect their personal brand and style. We do have some guidelines in place to ensure that our facility remains professional and presentable to clients.

What is the minimum lease term?

We offer flexible lease terms starting at twelve months. However, we recommend that tenants commit to a longer lease term to ensure continuity and stability for their businesses.

How does billing work?

We bill our tenants on a weekly basis, and we offer automatic bank drafts.

Yes, as a business owner, you have the freedom to offer your own services and pricing. We do not set pricing or take a percentage of your earnings.

While we do not provide direct marketing and promotional support, we encourage our tenants to take advantage of our community resources to network, collaborate, and share knowledge. We also offer opportunities for tenants to participate in events and promotions to help boost their businesses.

What is your policy on non-compete agreements?

We do not require tenants to sign non-compete agreements. We believe in empowering our tenants to run their businesses as they see fit, and we trust that they will respect the privacy and rights of their fellow tenants.
